There are various reasons why you cannot log into your account. First, make sure your browser has cookies enabled. My Q Link does not allow you to log into your account if your browser disables cookies. go to www.google.com and search for “how to enable cookies,” and then follow the instructions for your browser.
Or, you may not be logging in with the correct account information. Try logging in using the gray box on the right of the My Q Link page. Fill out the information in the box including your birth date, the last four digits of your Social Security number and your zip code. Click here to learn how to log in using this method.
If you still cannot log into your account after trying the above two methods, please request our Customer Service department to reset your login by sending an email to email@example.com. Along with your request, make sure you include your name and enrollment ID (or a phone number to reach you) in the subject line or body of the email.
To log into your My Q Link account, please visit www.qlinkwireless.com/members and enter your username (that’s your email) and your password (that’s your zip code unless you changed your password). From the member’s area you can:
- Upload your proof documents
- Check the status of your order
- Learn about your Q Link plan features
- Track your phone with your tracking number
- See your phone manual
- View your usage
- Add more minutes
- Change your password

Finding out how to enable cookies on your browser requires only a simple search on Google. First, go to www.google.com and search for “how to enable cookies,” and then follow the instructions on any one of the many sites that show up in the search results.
If you forgot your username and password, you can still log in to your account by clicking the “Forgot your password?” link and resetting your password.
Or fill out the information in the gray box on the right including your birth date, the last four digits of your social security number, and your zip code.

To change your password, first log into My Q Link and enter your username (that’s your email) and your password (that’s your zip code). Once logged in, click on “Change Password” under “My Q Link” on the right-hand side. You will then be prompted to add in your password of choice.
