If you’ve received the wrong battery or charger for your Q Link phone, you can request a replacement battery or charger online at no cost by clicking here.
You can also call Customer Support at 1-855-754-6543 or send an email to email@example.com. Don’t forget to include your name and enrollment ID in the email so we can find your account, and describe the reason for your email. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response.
