Recertify your Benefit, and Keep your FREE Cell Phone Service Active

Annual Recertification

Federal and/or State regulatory authorities require customers to recertify their eligibility for their benefit assistance program once a year. To continue receiving your government benefit and free cell phone service from Q Link Wireless each year, you must certify that you still qualify.
